Privacy notice
Effective: August 2026.
What we collect
- Nol tag ID — the 10-digit number you type. Needed to route the top-up.
- Email — to send the receipt and follow up on support issues.
- AED amount and the order number.
- Basic technical data — server logs, IP address, browser, timestamps. Used for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect
- Card numbers or card-security codes. Those are entered on the secure billing page and handled by our payment provider.
- Names, addresses, dates of birth, or ID numbers.
- Any location data beyond the general country your IP address suggests.
Why we keep it
To send a receipt, to look up an order if you ask, to work out what went wrong when a top-up fails, and to meet accounting rules in the UAE. We do not use your details to send marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records and receipts are kept for as long as UAE tax and accounting law requires — normally five years. After that we anonymise. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.
Who else sees it
- Our payment provider — to process the card payment.
- Our email delivery provider — to send the receipt.
- Regulators — only if they lawfully ask.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep. Write to support@topupnolcard.org. We answer within one Dubai working week.
