Terms of service

Effective: August 2026. These terms cover the use of topupnolcard.org and the companion payment page.

Who we are

TopUpNol is operated by Al Safa Digital Services FZ-LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are an independent online desk that helps riders top up their nol transit card. We are not the transit operator and are not connected with any government or transit agency.

What the service does

We accept a 10-digit nol tag ID, a chosen AED amount, and an email address. We take a card payment on our secure billing page, then forward the amount to the transit card balance. We send a receipt by email.

What the service does not do

We do not issue nol cards. We do not carry balances on your behalf. We do not offer travel insurance, refunds for transit fares, or any other transport-related service. We do not sell your data.

Your responsibilities

  • Give an accurate 10-digit tag ID.
  • Give a valid email address that you can access.
  • Only pay with a card you are entitled to use.
  • Keep your order number safe until the balance appears on your card.

Our responsibilities

  • Take your card payment on a page that meets standard card-industry security requirements.
  • Forward the top-up amount to the tag ID you entered.
  • Send a receipt to the email you entered.
  • Answer support requests during Dubai working hours.

Amount limits

Top-ups are in whole AED, from a minimum of AED 10 to a maximum of AED 500 per order. Higher amounts require you to place multiple orders or contact us.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the AED amount of the specific order in question. We are not liable for missed trips, penalty fares, gate refusals, or downstream inconvenience caused by delays in payment confirmation by your bank.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the "Effective" date at the top and post a short note on the changelog page.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with Dubai courts as the venue for any dispute we cannot resolve directly by writing to support@topupnolcard.org.
